Dr. Kalra, an interventional cardiologist and the founder of the non-profit startup, makeadent.org, boasts an impressive array of roles and accomplishments in the field of cardiology. As the primary investigator at the Krannert Cardiovascular Research Center and an adjunct clinical associate professor of medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine, he brings expertise and leadership to cardiovascular research and education. Dr. Kalra serves as the director of the Barry J. Maron Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Center in New Delhi, India, demonstrating his commitment to advancing specialized cardiac care.
Additionally, he hosts the acclaimed cardiology podcast show, Parallax, recognized for its excellence in disseminating cutting-edge cardiovascular knowledge. With a wealth of experience, Dr. Kalra has presented groundbreaking research at national and international scientific cardiovascular meetings and authored over 300 scientific manuscripts in esteemed peer-reviewed journals.
